By downloading or using the Towmi and Towmi Driver apps, or business.towmi.app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Towmi is a marketplace that connects customers who need car towing and vehicle haulage (ambulance coming soon) with independent, verified drivers and fleets. Towmi facilitates bookings, bidding, payments and tracking; the transport itself is provided by the driver you accept.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Drivers must pass document verification before accepting jobs. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Prices are set by transparent bidding, drivers quote a fare and you choose. Accepting a bid forms an agreement for that job at the agreed price. A Pickup OTP is required to start the job.

You pay a deposit to confirm a driver and the balance on completion, via wallet, card/bank transfer or cash where available. Card payments are handled by our payment partner. Corporate accounts may settle on monthly credit.

Cancellation terms and any deposit refund depend on the service and timing, and are shown in the app before you confirm.

Use Towmi lawfully and treat drivers and customers with respect. Don’t misuse the platform, attempt to bypass payments, or provide false information. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Towmi provides the platform "as is" and works to keep it reliable, but is not the transport provider. To the extent permitted by law, Towmi’s liability is limited; nothing here excludes liability that can’t be excluded under Nigerian law.
