Welcome to Towmi! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of
the Towmi Driver App (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you
agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the
App.
1. Services Provided
Towmi connects drivers with customers for the following services:
- Vehicle Haulage: Transporting vehicles within Nigeria.
- Car Towing: Towing vehicles within Lagos State.
- Ambulance Services: Providing emergency transport within Lagos State.
2. Driver Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including vehicle documents and certifications.
- Maintain professionalism and timely communication with customers.
- Adhere to agreed-upon prices and terms with customers.
- Obtain Pickup OTP before initiating a service and Delivery OTP before completing it.
3. Payments
- Drivers will receive payments after completing the service.
- Payment requests are processed within two working days after submission.
4. Platform Rules
- Towmi reserves the right to suspend or terminate driver accounts if platform rules are violated.
- Violations include fraudulent activities, poor service, or customer complaints.
5. OTP System
- Pickup OTP: Required before starting the service.
- Delivery OTP: Required before completing the service.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes with customers should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, contact Towmi support.
7. Suspension and Termination
Towmi may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Misuse of the platform.
- Violation of customer trust or safety.
8. Limitation of Liability
Towmi is not liable for:
- Loss or damages to vehicles.
- Disputes over pricing or payments.
- Delays caused by drivers.
