Towmi is Nigeria’s on-demand app that connects drivers with customers for Vehicle Haulage, Car Towing, and Ambulance services. It helps you receive jobs, manage bookings, and grow your earnings — all from your mobile device.

Where can I operate?

Towmi allows you to operate in:

  • Vehicle Haulage: Nationwide across Nigeria
  • Car Towing: Lagos State
  • Ambulance Services: Lagos State
How does the booking process work?
  • Receive booking alerts instantly with full customer info.
  • Accept, negotiate, or reject the offer.
  • Once accepted, customer pays a deposit to secure booking.
  • Arrive at pickup location and verify Pickup OTP.
  • Begin the trip after OTP verification.
  • Upon completion, confirm Final Payment from customer.
  • Verify Delivery OTP to successfully complete and close the job.

Payments & Booking Flow

How does the payment process work?

Towmi uses a secure **two-stage payment system**:

  • Deposit Payment: Customers pay a deposit to secure the booking.
  • Booking Start: You must arrive at the pickup point at the scheduled time, and verify the Pickup OTP before starting.
  • Final Payment: Once service is completed, customer pays the balance.
  • Delivery OTP: You verify the Delivery OTP to confirm full payment and complete the booking officially.
When will I receive my earnings?

Your full payment (deposit + final payment) is processed and paid into your registered bank account within 2 business days after successful completion and verification of the delivery OTP.

What if a customer refuses or delays payment?

Always verify payments before completing the job. If there’s any payment dispute, immediately report the issue via Towmi Support for investigation.

Vouchers & Referral Program

How does the referral system work?

Invite friends or businesses to join Towmi using your referral code. You earn bonus rewards when your referred drivers complete their first jobs successfully.

How do vouchers work for drivers?

Occasionally, Towmi offers voucher bonuses or incentives based on promotions, performance, or loyalty. You will be notified in-app when vouchers are available.

Account & Usage

Can my account be suspended?

Yes. Repeated violations such as fraud, dishonesty, late arrivals, or poor service can result in temporary or permanent suspension.

What happens if I cancel too many bookings?

Frequent cancellations negatively affect your driver rating and may limit your access to new jobs.

Can I update my vehicle details?

Yes. You can easily update your vehicle documents, insurance, and other details directly in your Towmi Driver App profile.
