Towmi is a mobile app platform that connects drivers with customers for Vehicle Haulage, Car Towing, and Ambulance services.

  • Vehicle Haulage: Across Nigeria.

  • Ambulance Services: Lagos State.
How does the booking process work?
  • Receive booking alerts with customer details.
  • Accept, counter, or reject offers.
  • Obtain a Pickup OTP to begin the service.
  • Complete the service and obtain a Delivery OTP to finalize the process.

Payment Questions

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed within two working days after completing a service and submitting a payment request.

Can I set my own prices?

Prices are initially calculated by the system. However, you can negotiate with customers before accepting a booking.

What happens if a customer refuses to pay?

Contact Towmi support immediately for assistance.

Account and Usage

Can my account be suspended?

Yes, Towmi reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations, such as fraudulent behavior or failure to deliver satisfactory service.

What happens if I cancel a booking?

Frequent cancellations may impact your driver rating and could result in suspension.

Can I update my vehicle details?

Yes, you can update vehicle information via the App. Ensure all documents are current and accurate.
