Introduction

Welcome to Towmi Business! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation as a business partner on the Towmi platform. By registering your company and fleet, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Towmi Business services.

1. Services Provided

Towmi allows businesses to register and manage multiple drivers and vehicles to deliver:

  • Vehicle Haulage (Nationwide Nigeria)
  • Car Towing (Lagos State)
  • Ambulance Services (Lagos State)

2. Business Partner Responsibilities

  • Provide valid company registration documents, tax IDs, and necessary licenses.
  • Ensure all registered vehicles have valid insurance and certifications.
  • Assign only trained, licensed drivers to jobs on Towmi.
  • Monitor and manage driver performance and compliance.
  • Ensure drivers follow OTP verification and Towmi payment procedures strictly.
  • Report any incidents or disputes promptly to Towmi Business Support.

3. Booking & Payment Process

Towmi Business operates a secured multi-step booking flow:

  • Customer books and pays a deposit to secure the job.
  • Assigned driver must arrive on time and verify Pickup OTP before starting service.
  • Upon completing the service, driver collects final payment directly from customer.
  • Driver verifies Delivery OTP to finalize job completion.
  • Towmi settles total job payment (deposit + balance) to business account within 2 business days after completion.

4. Pricing & Negotiation

  • Towmi provides an initial system-calculated price based on job type and distance.
  • Businesses may negotiate rates directly with customers before accepting bookings.
  • Agreed price becomes binding once both parties confirm the booking.

5. Vouchers, Bonuses & Incentives

  • Towmi may offer periodic vouchers, loyalty bonuses or volume-based incentives to business partners.
  • All promotions will be communicated through the Business Dashboard or official Towmi Business channels.
  • Incentives are subject to expiration dates and performance criteria.

6. Platform Compliance & Violations

  • All registered vehicles and drivers must meet Towmi safety and document requirements.
  • Failure to arrive on time, customer complaints, or non-compliance may trigger warnings, suspensions or permanent deactivation.
  • Fraudulent activities or misuse of OTP/payment system will result in immediate termination.

7. Suspension & Termination

Towmi reserves the right to suspend or terminate business accounts for:

  • Repeated violations of Towmi rules.
  • Safety or service quality concerns.
  • Failure to ensure drivers comply with OTP verification and payment processes.
  • Customer fraud, unauthorized bookings, or internal misconduct.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of payment or operational disputes, businesses must first attempt resolution directly with the customer or driver. Unresolved disputes will be escalated to Towmi Business Support for final review and resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

Towmi shall not be liable for:

  • Accidents, damages, or losses during transit.
  • Customer defaults on payments outside Towmi-secured payment flow.
  • Operational disruptions, delays or cancellations beyond Towmi’s control.
