Towmi Business allows companies, fleet owners, hospitals, and transport providers to register their fleet (trucks, ambulances, or tow trucks) on the Towmi platform, receive bookings, and manage jobs efficiently through a dedicated business dashboard.

Who can register for Towmi Business?

Fleet operators, logistics companies, ambulance providers, towing businesses, hospitals, cooperatives, or transport entrepreneurs who own vehicles and wish to generate revenue by receiving on-demand bookings via Towmi.

Registration & Onboarding

How do I register my business?

Visit the Towmi Business portal, complete the registration form, upload your company documents (CAC Certificate, Tax ID, etc.), and submit required vehicle & driver documents. Our onboarding team will verify and activate your account.

Can I add multiple drivers and vehicles?

Yes, you can onboard multiple drivers and vehicles under your business profile. You have full control to assign vehicles to drivers directly via your business dashboard.

Booking & Job Process

How do bookings work for businesses?

Customers request services directly via the Towmi App. Your registered drivers receive job notifications based on location and availability. Once accepted:

  • Customer pays deposit upfront.
  • Driver must verify Pickup OTP before starting the service.
  • Final payment is collected upon completion before verifying Delivery OTP.
Can businesses control prices?

Towmi provides a base pricing model depending on service type, distance, and city. However, businesses may negotiate pricing with customers directly before confirming jobs.

Payment & Settlement

How are payments processed?

Towmi handles secure payment collections from customers, including deposit and balance. Payouts to businesses are processed within 2 working days after successful job completion and delivery OTP verification.

Where will payments be made?

All payouts are transferred to your registered business bank account provided during onboarding.

Business Account & Management

Can I manage drivers from my account?

Yes, you have full access to manage, activate, or suspend your drivers and vehicles directly from your business dashboard.

Can my business be suspended?

Yes. Breaches such as fraud, poor service quality, customer complaints, or safety violations may result in temporary or permanent business suspension.
